Daniela Barros é Doutora em Educação pela UNESP – Brasil e em Educação pela UNED de Madrid. É Professora Auxiliar, de nomeação definitiva, no Departamento de Educação e Ensino a Distância (DEED) da Universidade Aberta (UAb). Atualmente é vice-coordenadora da Licenciatura em Educação, membro do Conselho Pedagógico e membro da Unidade de Desenvolvimento dos Centros Locais de Aprendizagem da mesma Universidade (UMCLA). É investigadora do Centro de Estudos Globais – Grupo Educação e Cidadania Global (UAb) e colaboradora do Laboratório de Educação a Distância e eLearning (LE@D).

Daniela Barros has a PhD in Education from UNESP – Brazil and in Education from UNED in Madrid. She is an Assistant Professor, with permanent appointment, in the Department of Education and Distance Learning (DEED) at the Universidade Aberta (UAb). She is currently vice-coordinator of the Degree in Education, member of the Pedagogical Council and member of the Development Unit of Local Learning Centers at the same University (UMCLA). She is a researcher at the Center for Global Studies – Education and Global Citizenship Group (UAb) and a collaborator at the Distance Education and eLearning Laboratory (LE@D).
