Neste sentido, e nesta comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, o programa de inclus\u00e3o tratado foi KZ-gunea, do Pa\u00eds Basco (Espanha), que est\u00e1 presente na grande maioria dos munic\u00edpios bascos e que oferece tanto acesso como forma\u00e7\u00e3o em compet\u00eancias informacionais e digitais. Nos seus 17 anos de vida KZgunes recebeu j\u00e1 mais de 436.000 visitas registadas e atualmente oferece forma\u00e7\u00e3o presencial e \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia. Esta iniciativa contou com a presen\u00e7a do Exmo. Sr. Presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Reguengos de Monsaraz, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Calixto, na abertura, e do Exmo. Sr. Vice-Reitor da Universidade Aberta, Prof. Dr. Domingos Caeiro, via Hangouts, no encerramento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apresentaram comunica\u00e7\u00f5es a Prof\u00aa Lu\u00edsa Aires e o Dr. Ricardo Palmeiro, enquanto membros da Rede ObLID, o Dr. Carlos Medinas na qualidade de representante do Munic\u00edpio de Reguengos de Monsaraz. Participaram, tamb\u00e9m, a Dr.\u00aa Ad\u00e9lia Chumbo, coordenadora do CLA de Reguengos de Monsaraz e a Dr.\u00aa Joana Correia, coordenadora do CLA de Gr\u00e2ndola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste semin\u00e1rio, foram apresentados os resultados parciais da pesquisa desenvolvida junto dos monitores dos E.I., no \u00e2mbito da tese de doutoramento do investigador Ricardo Palmeiro e na qual tinham participado alguns dos presentes. Os resultados apresentados apontam para a necessidade de ser criado um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ou de uma rede de trabalho entre os monitores dos E.I., bem como de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram assinalados alguns exemplos de boas pr\u00e1ticas desenvolvidas em alguns Espa\u00e7os Internet do Alentejo: Reguengos de Monsaraz, Serpa, CID \u00c9vora e Vila de Frades. Nestes casos, assinala-se a grande import\u00e2ncia do monitor\/facilitador\/coordenador que dirige o projeto. Face \u00e0 escassez de recursos e falta de apoio institucional aos projetos de inclus\u00e3o digital, a tenacidade dos respons\u00e1veis dos Espa\u00e7os Internet assinalados consegue, em muitos casos, manter estes espa\u00e7os operacionais, oferecendo apoio e motivando os seus utilizadores. S\u00e3o, por isso, exemplos de boas pr\u00e1ticas e, por esta raz\u00e3o, t\u00eam sido apresentados em diversas comunica\u00e7\u00f5es que sobre o tema (Bilbao-Porto, 2016; Seg\u00f3via, 2017; Sarago\u00e7a, 2017; Reguengos de Monsaraz, 2017). A sua mais-valia para a inclus\u00e3o digital nos respetivos munic\u00edpios \u00e9 reconhecida pelos utilizadores, verificando-se nestes Espa\u00e7os uma aflu\u00eancia bastante acima da m\u00e9dia, como \u00e9 reconhecido na tese de doutoramento em curso da autoria de Ricardo Palmeiro. Este facto, deve constituir um est\u00edmulo para os monitores, coordenadores, vereadores e respons\u00e1veis institucionais, no sentido de refor\u00e7arem o investimento nos Espa\u00e7os Internet, atrav\u00e9s da dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o e da oferta de forma\u00e7\u00e3o em compet\u00eancia digitais b\u00e1sicas para a cidadania, tal e como recomenda o referencial europeu DIGcomp da Comiss\u00e3o Aztertzen dan problematika, Garc\u00eda Carrasco irakaslearen testuarekin eskola eta bere irakasleen funtzioak internet garaian aurkezten da.
