The main goals of the OVSPA – Virtual Observatory on Pedagogical Supervision and School Self-Evaluation are:
– Support training processes, according to the needs of schools\/clusters
– Monitor the development of ongoing projects in schools\/clusters, with a view
to innovation and the transfer of good practices.
– Encourage peer supervision processes in schools\/clusters with a view to
fostering teacher professional development.
– Create virtual communities of practice based on analysing\/reflecting on
educational practices.
– Collaborate, according to the needs identified, in school\/cluster self-evaluation
processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project host institution<\/strong>
The observatory is based at the LE@D (Open University – UAb) and CEIS20 (University of Coimbra – UC) research centres and counts on the participation of the Condeixa-a-Nova School Cluster and Du Bocage High School – Setubal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
