Investigadora do CIES-Iscte (Centro de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Estudos de Sociologia); investigadora colaboradora do LE@D, UAb (Laborat\u00f3rio de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o a Dist\u00e2ncia e eLearning). Desenvolve investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em sociologia da educa\u00e7\u00e3o e da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, em inclus\u00e3o digital, supervis\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica e lideran\u00e7a educacional, administra\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o escolar, no \u00e2mbito da qual publicou diversos artigos.
