Researcher at the Centre for Research and Intervention in Education (CIIE) of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Porto (FPCEUP). PhD candidate in Educational Sciences at FPCEUP, with a Master’s degree in Special Education (2015), a Bachelor’s degree in Social Education (2017), and a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education – 1st Cycle (2006). She also holds a specialization in Evaluation (2008) and a postgraduate qualification in Special Education (2010).
At CIIE, she is involved in the Communities of Practice for Research (CoPIn), including the Educational Policy Analysis Group (GAPE); Identities, Democracy, School, Administration and Training (IDEAFor); and Teaching and Pedagogical Innovation (EIP).
She collaborated on the international projects eSGarden – School Gardens for Future Citizens (2018-1-ES01-KA201-050599), funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA2), and COSI.ed – Co-created Education through Social Inclusion (621365-EPP-1-2020-1-NO-EPPKA3-IPI-SOC-IN), funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA3).
She has published scientific work in the fields of Inclusive Education, Social Education, and Special Education, including national and international communications, project reports, book chapters, journal articles, conference papers, and proceedings.
